Simple, easy to follow guide for working with chocolate.
Nice list of tools that anyone can afford or already have.
I loved it.
The emphasis is on the "without expensive equipment" rather than "Chocolate like a pro". She ends up with some kind of strange recommendations and I really didn't pick up anything that I think I will end up using in my chocolate making. It isn't like the standard equipment for chocolate making is all that specialized and expensive. Other than a good thermometer and dipping tools most people have mixing bowls etc.. I suppose you can tie up some money in good molds, but I really don't use them much anyway.
This was all basic knowledge... It was lacking specifics and detailed techniques. Overall, just "ok" for someone who has never melted chocolate but again, lacking. They'd still have to learn from trial and error.
